Worst experience ever! I booked an in person consultation which turned into a 5 min FaceTime with Deanne. She suggested treatments for my skin and when I asked whether to still come in that day she said no I cancelled your appointment and suggested I interview other practitioners. Then the receptionist calls within an hour confirming my appointment. What joke! Beyond rude and unprofessional. Refer to Envie on Yelp for shared experiences.
I love my visits with Deanne. She has such an amazing outlook on life and my procedures always look natural not overly done.
I came to her after a bad experience elsewhere, and I am so grateful I found her. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. Her kindness, empathy, and attention to detail are rare. I left feeling much more at ease and confident that I was in good hands. I will be returning to her for any future cosmetic treatments and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate provider :)
I called to see if this business was under the same ownership as when I had a bad experience approximately 10 years ago. I had a lot of bruising and the filler I purchased was mixed with something else, per the owner, for what she said would be a better outcome. I had been a client at Envie for some time and was initially satisfied with my results. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly when I attempted to redeem promotional offers that had been advertised and purchased. I was charged twice for the same service, and when I brought the issue to the attention of the owner, Deanne, the interaction became extremely unprofessional.
