The nails were beautiful, exactly what i asked for. My problem was the price. I even DM’ed them on instagram to ask for a quoted price and i was told $110 which i thought is expensive but I got bio gel and a detailed design so i thought it was worth it. You should have seen my face when i was told $140. Thats $30 more than i was expecting to pay. We are also expected to tip after that price too. The receptionist was outright rude to me and judgemental for no particular reason. I understand you have policies and certain rules to follow however it could have been explained and put forth in a better and respectful manner. Saying it was not her problem that I couldn’t make it on time due to traffic and arguing/claiming that she mentioned about the wait time on the phone to get another technician was uncalled for.
