How can this agency get all these 5 star reviews and only have an overall rating of 3.2? I would advise people to not use this agency. They have a person named Samantha who answers the phones. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have known the manager for years, and she refused to let me talk to her. She says a supervisor, and I don’t believe her. She made a universal decision, all by herself, to refuse services for me. She did this without the manager’s input. Please find another agency. This agency cannot keep work... read more

Driver of bus 864 just blocked us in a parking space to unload a passenger. This would have been fine except he saw we were reversing to back out and he purposely parked right behind us so we could not leave. Then he took his time and was rude when asked if he was going to move.

Horrible drivers. Actually believe if they turn on a turn signal that they have the right of way even when other lane is occupied by a vehicle. Try to use shuddle van as a weapon to force over.

I would like to share my heart with others about the way I was treated by Envida this past year. 2023 was a very hard and difficult year for me. I fell and shattered my knee and had to undergo surgery. I had no one to help me with my doctor's appointments and surgery. What was I to do? My friends told me to call Envida.
