Good heater as it doesn't take up hardly any room... I would suggest that they use metal wall anchor mounts instead of plastic as plastic breaks...
I ordered the heater and my landlord won't allow me to install. It never came out of the box. I requested a return and the response was no. You are beyond 30 days. That isn't customer service. Good companies take returns on their product if it doesn't work for the consumer. This isn't a good company. I have requested to speak to a manager to arrange something but to this point, no response. BUYER BEWARE!! THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR $$$ ONLY!
Eheat is the Best business ever! They have designed, manufactured the best slimline wall heater in all the world and it’s Made In The USA. I ordered two and installed the same day. Being old, disabled, yet had the wits to install with help from online tutorial. Eheat is the best business ever! Thank you! Update after my electric bill, very change in my bill. I conclude these heaters are also economical. I plan to buy another heater.

They have a 30 day return policy with no exceptions. I called in to try to return an order of heaters that I ordered back in January. I called to explain the circumstances which were way out of the ordinary, and they said we can’t do anything about it. I was very disappointed. We couldn’t install them as a utility company had to do research on the unit as we had very high bills. They did a lot of testing in her unit and outside at the meters.
