Rip off or lazy approach to car washing. Have used this car wash many times with good results. However, latest not successful. Paid plus tip for Wheel wash and undercarriage level. The usual pressure washer to the sides and back of the car necessary to get recessed areas was not performed nor were the wheels washed separately. DO NOT purchase any subscription here!!! I cancelled a monthly car wash subscription in March and it is now July and I was still being charged (the charges were shown as Circle T, not Envi). When I called to receive a refund for being charged without consent and not receiving the services, I was denied. I was not even offered 4 months of free services - which is what I paid for. Extremely disappointed and their car washes aren’t even good!!
Bad experience. New payment machines at the self serve. Tapped my card, then started waiting for something to start and nothing happened. When it got to 5 minutes I hit the stop button and it told me I had just been charged $5. For nothing. And the equipment never gave any indication that anything had started.
