These folks care about you, not another giant corporation scratching your car.
I got the $13 silver car wash which includes an undercarriage wash too. I looked underneath the car afterwards and saw a lot of white spots. That concerned me because the whole point was to get the salt off. I went to the office to ask them what that was about and he explained that the silver wash does a very basic undercarriage wash. He said the supreme wash sprays from the lower sides and may access the bottom a bit better. He told me he would give me the supreme wash for free. I appreciated the gesture!
Don’t use this facility
This is not the worst car wash in America, it is the worst company in America. First, they don’t even clean your car. See pictures. Recently, I went to use the self wash bays with my truck and trailer. Spent $20 cleaning the salt (well, trying but they were still covered in salt). While leaving, my trailer hooked the hose and broke a fitting in the wash wand.
