Echoing the same sentiments as the other 1 star reviews posted here. This business is a case study on how not to do business. Incompetent techs and incompetent administrative staff with zero communication skills. Had a certification service performed 7 months ago and the filter replacement job to bring our hoods up to spec still isn't complete. Terrible service, if I can give it less then one star I would. I had left multiple messages and emails with a reply maybe 1 every to weeks. I even asked if I can speak to anyone else besides my territory rep and they said they are the only ones who can help me. After finally getting a quote the have not responded again for almost 2 weeks. It doesn't seem like they want business after looking at most of the other reviews.
Terrible customer service! Have been trying for weeks on end to get a tech out to certify. Called and emailed many times, not even a simple reply or excuse. Will no long be using their services.
