this salon allows you to make an appointment with a particular hair stylist and color specialist, BUT the reality is that you are really attended to by anyone on " the team"... My haircolor and haircut was done well by Renee in the past , but i was turned over to an assistant for the critical application of my hair color. the assistant did not make the fine rows in my hair for precise application. I found Renee over a year ago, She knows exactly what will look good on me, listens to what I want. And the results have always been better than what I expected. She is wonderful at what she does. I made the mistake of going to another salon when I could not get an appointment with her, the result of going elsewhere was a complete disaster. I will never let anyone else cut my hair again. This salon tops the top.
