Customer service is excellent but if you're not satisfied with the product you order, they don't offer a refund and you end up losing your money.
I had stage 1 breast cancer. Called and had service to cut hair short due to having chemo. Started losing hair and called to shave it off and was greeted with open arms and taken to private room to shave it off. Vicki and Kristen are the beat!!!
I love this salon. They are so talented, courteous and friendly, kind women to boot! They instantly make you feel like you're one of the family or out with friends. No drama, only good vibes here. They also do so much for the community especially with Seymour pink.
