STAY AWAY! Within two weeks my father had pneumonia, a UTI, bed sores, and a blood clot. Had to call an ambulance to take him to hospital. Haphazard physical therapy, haphazard care altogether. Because of his bedsores he had to sleep on an air mattress that had a leak, collapsing on him in the middle of the night. No one checking on him. Try Issaquah Rehibilitation center. Highest rated in the area. Much better now!

I WORKED AT THIS PLACE AND ALL I CAN SAY IS KEEP YOUR FAMILY AWAY--PERMANENTLY! ABUSE, ABUSE, ABUSE. IT WAS REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES AND THE ADMINISTRATION JUST CONTINUALLY DISREGARDED IT EVERY TIME. I WITNESSED THEM KISSING THE CLIENTS JUST TO KEEP THEM QUIET, STROKING THEM LIKE IT WAS SOME SORT OF PORNO OR SOMETHING. TALKING TO THEM LIKE 2 YR OLDS. Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Would you refer a friend or family member to this senior care facility? Yes Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time
