Worst service i have ever been to. Took our durango there when the emissions light came on. Maxe an appointment for 7 am. Dropped off the night before so they could check it at 7. 12 noon came and went without a call text or anything. Called them and they said they had not even checked the vehicle, and got snotty when I asked why make an appointment then, if they don't get to the car until noon? Excellent, timely service. They made me a priority. Friendly staff!
Avoid this service center at all costs. They lack the ability to diagnose problems accurately. On one occasion, they failed to tighten the oil plug, leaving us stranded on the side of the road for five hours. They should consider themselves fortunate we didn't pursue legal action and instead gave them another chance. Instead of conducting proper diagnoses, they resort to replacing parts without understanding the full scope of the issue. Not my favorite service department. They only listened to half of what I said. Spent $2500 and my Jeep was there almost 2 weeks. The problem was not fixed. They want to charge me $500 more. Only reason I went here was the other Jeep dealerships were out of my way. Ridiculous.
