My usually happy-go-lucky partner saw Jaxx for therapy. A few months into therapy, my partner became sullen and withdrawn. I didn’t know what to make of the dramatic behavior change. Jaxx is a phenomenal therapist who is truly talented at creating space for you to explore whatever issues you may be experiencing. Whether in person (or online bc of Covid) I felt that I walked away from each session with a new perspective on whatever issues I was experiencing and re-reminded of the importance of dealing with my personal growth in a more compassionate way. They are amazing!
Professional and competent, easy to talk to, very attentive, never looked at cell or clock. No problems with billing or timeliness.
Worst therapist ever! Not only was "therapy" a complete waste of time, money and energy, but they will actually steal money from you and then continue to try to rob you after you quit going. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT INFO!!!
