Ordered a small but important $8 part that was "in stock". After two weeks of nothing, I reached out and was told there were “warehouse issues” and that it “shows to be en route from the manufacturer,” would arrive later that week, and would ship ASAP. Another week, no updates. Reached out, no answer. On the third attempt I was finally told... "I believe you were refunded". Oh? And, nope, I wasn't. Upstream fulfillment problems happen.
