The movers left our furniture in our downstairs living room and our boxes in our garage saying they were too heavy to carry upstairs leaving two disabled people to do it. Plus lots of scratches on our new furniture I hope this business is closed down and no one else has to suffer from using this business. The 5 star reviews must be from employees or friends of theirs because our experience was horrible
The movers came out and moved me over the weekend. They were very professional and hard working and didn't complain once about the 3rd to 3rd floor move. I will defiantly use entrust movers again.
