Don’t you dare be more than 15 minutes late or they will cancel your appointment. But after waiting 45 minutes for the doctor to show up, I was told that the doctor was not in the building and had to get some lunch so it would be another 20 minutes or so before he could do my appointment. They also had a lot of paperwork to fill out, which could’ve been sent to the home or sent by email to fill out rather than trying to figure out your entire lifetime medical history in their waiting room. I called this office 4 times. First time i was xferred and it rang off the hook with no voicemail. I called back and they disconnected me. I called a 3rd time and I got a person who said they would call me back and still has not (four business days ago). I called a 4th time today and it rang off the hook and then disconnected me. I am trying to get a consult for biopsy for a nodule on my thyroid and this is my second referral. No wonder people die of cancer. You have to fight to get an appointment!
The staff is insanely unprofessional and rude. Refused to send an email about the appointment in 2025 like what? When they called to confirm they were so rude and dismissive. I got sick the weekend before my Tuesday appointment and called to cancel (had to call 3 times to get an answer). After I told them I needed to cancel more than 24 hours of notice because I didn't want to go in sick they cancelled and tried to end the call.
