Do not do business with Entrust. My wife and I bought a house from Entrust and Ben didn’t correctly file the survey documents with the city. It caused us money and a massive headache to get everything fixed, including moving our fence. The homes are shown an entire 6-10 feet off on the plat map. Ben refuses to reimburse us for the cost we went through to move the fence.
Entrust is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are a company that truly puts people over profits. I highly recommend working with them!
My seller was in very dire circumstances, but entrust Investment as the buyers were very caring, professional and did not seek to take advantage of the situation, but was fair. They were timely in fulfilling all contract terms. I look forward to working with them again.☺️
Entrust Homebuyers were extremely helpful when it came time to sell my friend's house which was in Probate. Court had to approve the sale because the house was in probate.
