Alain does great work is has reasonable prices. But for the 3 years I used him, I found that he was just not reliable. I would text him and call him over several days and most often it would take him about a week to respond. Last month I texted or called him 4 times over a period of 10 days and he never did respond. It's unfortunate, as I always tipped him generously when he came and I never had a problem with the work he did.
