I was offered a spider treatment I never asked for. They didn’t clearly explain it would leave stains all over my windows, which I had just paid to have cleaned. Now I have to get them redone. After I complained, they only offered 10% off—felt more like a sales tactic than real help. Even last winter for snow removal I have to call them after each snow to ask them to remove the snowworse company ever and really unpleasant experience working with them!
Très très déçu du service. Difficulté a passer plus d'une fois lors des grosses tempêtes et même pas passer du tout. Ce qui nous a occasionner de ne pas pouvoir entrer les voitures dans le stationnement. Et de plus interdiction de laisser les voitures dans les rues... Le propriétaire n'a même pas eu la politesse de retourner mes nombreux messages. Donc nous prendrons un autre compagnie l'hiver prochain.
