If you need reliability, DO NOT RENT HERE. I only needed a storage unit for one month during Quebec’s moving season (July 1st), from June 17th to July 17th. I clearly explained this at the front desk, and the staff confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. He took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find the perfect unit that fit just right!! Thank you so much!! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the customer service really sets them apart. Grateful for such a smooth experience, highly recommend!
Customer Service has greatly improved along the years. I've been a regular since 2010, can't ask for better. Maybe the 24hr access like they used to have, i miss that option, otherwise no complaints whatsoever. Great crew, thank you for the great service.
