I don't even want to give one star, they have holes in their fences, minimal camera surveillance, a manager that is ignorant, heartless and prejudice. I lost most of my belongings here because I was told to move out mid month, because I fell asleep in my unit from being completely exhausted from moving alone via bicycle and trailer. I had an excellent experience with Zam Zam. She was extremely punctual, organized, professional, and kind. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered all my questions clearly, and provided the right solutions for my situation. Her professionalism and excellent customer service were one of the main reasons I decided to rent with this storage company for the second time. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her!
