Had a heat pump/ETS furnace installation done by MST. Our salesman was Nelson. He did a first class job of patiently and thoroughly explaining the advantages, costs and rebates for the job. The actual installation was done quickly and efficiently and fully met our expectations. Thanks guys for making a stressful situation easy to manage.
