John Rabil at ELA is our go to business attorney whenever I need a contract reviewed or prepared, a business named or structured, or even just a business or employment law question answered. John is a great guy and an invaluable advisor to have in your corner! He's honest, creative, and his fee structure is very reasonable too. He has most definitely saved me more than I have paid him over the years for his services. I cannot recommend John and ELA highly enough.

We hired John Rabil for the sale of our business after checking out a few other lawyers. It was a difficult process, but John guided us and helped us with every aspect. He quickly responded to our inquiries, gave us great advice and eased our concerns. All of this for a flat fee that covered what other lawyers made to be more complicated and expensive. He always talked to us as equals, no question was silly. We’ll be glad to use his services if we need to in the future.
