Staff weeks very friendly and attentive
My package has been sitting a teuckbout for delivery for a week never made it to my house now it was sent back to the FedEx shipping department . Yes I know there have been some bad weather, however roads have been clear up until it snowed again last night. I know the location delivery person and her vehicle has been moved .
Payed for walmart+ for fast black Friday shipping. Every day since my tracking page will say they cant find my address. I've delivered with fedex before no problem. But now there's a problem? Let me tell you why. My package was worth 930 dollars. Fedex stole my package, they refuse to show me proof that they are still in their facility. And everytime I try to call my local facility they don't answer. I call customer service several times a day and absolutely nothing happens.
