We placed an order for USD12,000/- for CAT parts based on our personal contact with the owner but to our dismay, he and his staffs stopped responding to mails and calls after a few weeks. Would suggest to be careful when dealing with them. The company in all probability might have closed.
Never tought I would be treated as this. We ordered a lot of parts from them, knowing Mr. Doshi from 2005, and now when one big order arrived we got in troubles. Don't trust, they will wait for the good moment and then they will start escaping. If you need more info feel free to contact me. Entrac Inc are the big Scammers please be aware of this company. We have Placed order of USD 80,000 with them and they supplied only USD 24,000 material for Caterpillar Parts . for the Balance material they always give us false Promises and never Supplied us the material. People working there are really un Professional and all are together. we need to take legal action Against them we have all documentry proofs and evidence that they still owe us USD 56,000.
