The service was really good and the sense of resolution was commendable. I would only suggest including the agency's leadership to make the acquisition of all the services at the stand and not just suggestions but the complete support. Besides, I consider important not depending on passes from the client to be able to attend the event because probably in some ocassions it wouldn't be possible to have one to give to the agency.
I recently attended a presentation on "Mastering Event Content Creation" by Karla Flores of Entourage X. It was fantastic! I learned a lot about planning, producing, and executing engaging social media content for events. Karla's tips and techniques were insightful and actionable. I highly recommend attending events at Entourage X if you're interested in event marketing.
