I'm so grateful for Sarah. She took time to really access me holistically. I felt safe sharing my story with her. And then was presently surprised when she knew exactly what to do to help. I am seeing improvements with my sleep, anxiety and pre menopause symptoms.
I met Sarah a little more than a year ago. She has been a wonderful resource with an open heart and open ears. She can serve as a counselor, advisor, nutritionist, and overall great friend! She listened to me and heard from her heart, mind, and profession what I could communicate with words and beyond that to what was really going on with me. She has been a life savior!
I have been seeing Sarah for almost a year now and she has been key for me turning my life around and get a handle on my health! She listens to my concerns or questions (even when they are annoying ) and makes me feel comfortable talking about anything. In between appointments, if I have any questions, I also get a quick response! Thanks for all that you do!!
