Two orders of prescription food for my dog - both poor experiences. First time, order arrived super late, had to contact customer service twice to even get it. Horrible customer service. My $250 of meds didn't arrive. I expected I would call and they would take care of the situation. The first rep told me they had been shipped back and he could send them out to me for a cost. A cost? I hadn't received them to start with. Then his supervisor got on the phone and said they were still with the post office and YES I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THEM SHIPPED TO ME or PAY A 10% RESTOCKING FEE!!! I was so upset. I would leave Entirepetspharmacy a 0 rating if I could. They charge $95 for Posatex Rx ear medication and sent me a product near expiration (10/25). I've ordered the exact same product from my vet with an expiration date a year out. Obviously, they are selling old product - sitting on the shelves for a year or more. I called "customer service" immediately upon delivery on 8/30/25 asking for a refund or to ship me Posatex with an expiration date of 6 mos - 1 year out.
