Have been using Entirely Pets for years now. Always competitive on pricing and the staff, in particular Shaun B is there to help.
I had a bad experience with a different pet pharmacy so I switched to Entirely Pets and have been very satisfied since.Shawn has taken great care of my pets needs over the years,he makes sure I get my pets perscriptions on time and at the best price available.l’m not sure what I’ll do without him. I’m definitely going to miss having Shawn take care of us. He was always so caring,it was like you were talking to a friend.
They took the time to help me get what I needed when I couldn't find help on the east coast. Every order didn't go perfect, but they worked to make it right. They listened when I needed the help with a sick horse who was doing poorly. I would use them again.
I have been shopping from this pharmacy FOREVER! Entirely Pets Pharmacy has the best prices on their products and I always wait for the holiday sales to save even more money. My interaction with Entirely Pets over the years has always been positive. I must say that Manager Shaun B has gone out of his way to please on several occasions when my vet would not approve prescription. It turns out my Vet had spelled my dogs name wrong so they had no record of her history. Shaun figured this out after multiple calls. I really appreciate his above and beyond effort as he for a resolution imo. It is also obvious that his staff respects him as well.
