Working with Shaun today was very easy and enjoyable. EntirelyPets is the way to go.
I paid for 500 mg /100 fish antibiotics and got 250 mg/100 instead. Online order # SOEPRX657456. The email support brought no resolution. But as soon as my 1-star review went live, I got a call from manager Shaun, who kindly refunded half of the price. Thanks to him.
Shaun B is an outstanding agent / manager. Very personable, takes an interest, and helped me out. Did everything perfectly.
Have been ordering pet meds for years from different companies, never an issue. Ordered 12/30, had to call 3 times. Was told vet already approved a week before and then was told a different story by a “manager” Shawn that blamed the vet. He was super rude and definitely should not be a manager. Said, “Go right ahead and post a bad review”. Would NEVER recommend.
