My experience with Entire Sleep Solutions was great! Kim was very kind and communicated everything. When I had any question, she would respond very quickly. I am thankful for her and her company! Because of them, I am getting much better sleep now which has improved my health so much!
I was nervous about doing a sleep test. But after talking to Kim who is very nice and knowledgeable. I did it and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. Nice and comfortable facility. I would definitely recommend Entire Sleep Solutions. Thank you Kim and Tonya for all your help. I really appreciate it 🙏
EDITED TO UPDATE 1 STAR REVIEW - Once I finally connected with Kim it was an easy experience and she explained things very well. The turn around time was decent. Through my doctor, I was connected with this company for a sleep study. Unfortunately, the process took an inordinate amount of time - three weeks. At the beginning, Kim let me know that Bryan would reach out to schedule delivery of the sleep study equipment. I sent him a text at the provided number, but he failed to respond. After waiting over a week and a half, I texted Kim to inquire about the status. She explained that Bryan had been involved in an incident and apologized. I had no idea what a real night’s sleep felt like until I met Kim and Entire Sleep Solutions. I was very skeptical about wearing a mask, and she took the time to fit me for several masks until I found a comfortable fit. Most places won’t spend the extra time, but Entire Sleep Solutions goes the extra mile. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable, this company really knows what they are doing. Thanks for everything!!
