Echoing some of the issues from others, Kim is the messiest business owner I have ever had to deal with. She will text you from multiple phone numbers and always have an excuse she didn't pick up the phone. She also over-billed me, then admitted she hadn't even gotten the information of how much she was supposed to charge me from my insurance. On top of that, I tried to pay ahead of time with my FSA card because I wasn't sure if it would work, I couldn't even connect with Kim until weeks after my sleep study, and when she t... read more
Their phone isn’t reachable. You have to deal with one person, Kim who will call back on a personal line days later. And the process loops as she ‘works’ with my insurance. She did this for weeks and didn’t get me approved for cpap equipment after a severe sleep apnea diagnosis. I finally gave up and reached out to a different provider who was able to get me my equipment promptly using the same sleep study and insurance.
My experience with Entire Sleep Solutions was great! Kim was very kind and communicated everything. When I had any question, she would respond very quickly. I am thankful for her and her company! Because of them, I am getting much better sleep now which has improved my health so much!
I had never done a sleep study so I didn’t know what to expect. The staff at Entire Sleep Solutions were very professional and they made the process as comfortable as possible during my overnight in-lab test. They were easy to communicate with and took great care of me. I would recommend Entire to anyone needing help for sleep issues.
Never having had a sleep study before, I didn't know what to expect. Kim taught us how to use the equipment in an easily understood and even entertaining way. She clearly has tons of experience and understands the value of customer service.
