Echoing some of the issues from others, Kim is the messiest business owner I have ever had to deal with. She will text you from multiple phone numbers and always have an excuse she didn't pick up the phone. She also over-billed me, then admitted she hadn't even gotten the information of how much she was supposed to charge me from my insurance. On top of that, I tried to pay ahead of time with my FSA card because I wasn't sure if it would work, I couldn't even connect with Kim until weeks after my sleep study, and when she t... read more
I had never done a sleep study so I didn’t know what to expect. The staff at Entire Sleep Solutions were very professional and they made the process as comfortable as possible during my overnight in-lab test. They were easy to communicate with and took great care of me. I would recommend Entire to anyone needing help for sleep issues.

Never having had a sleep study before, I didn't know what to expect. Kim taught us how to use the equipment in an easily understood and even entertaining way. She clearly has tons of experience and understands the value of customer service.
At first, I was intimidated by doing a sleep study because I thought it was gonna be really complicated to do it myself at home. But it was extremely easy and I was connected with Kim and she was able to answer all of my questions and send me how to video on how to properly Connect the machine. It took me under three minutes to connect and it did not bother me at all when I slept.
