Very frustrated with this clinic. We been going here for over 20 yrs but our Dr retired. They started us with a new provider. After 3 phone calls to get a RX taken care of it still isn’t done. Each time I was told it would be taken care of. I did not receive any phone call about it being an issue. The RX was to repair a wheelchair. We finally just found a new provider so that we could get the chair fixed.
I have had an issue most of my life, and my previous doctors have chalked it up as anxiety. I moved to White Bear Lake and found Dr. Elbers nearby. I eventually brought it up to him, and he was the first doctor who actually listened to me and started testing. After further testing, it's not anxiety, and we are getting to the bottom of it. You guys rock! I highly recommend Dr. Elbers. Best doctor I've ever had.
They FORCED ME TO TAKE A DEPO SHOT THAT CAUSED ME TO OVER DOSE. The doctor apologized to me a few times and then triggered and talked me into a panic attack and autistic meltdown. I RAN OUT OF THERE YELLING STRANGER DANGER BECAUSE I WAS SO AFFRAID Now she has me labeled suicidal homicidal...nah, b. Itch, I'm a voodoo prectioner

Looking to help my wife out and schedule an appointment online, under the tab online scheduling and it simply doesn't exist. And how are you open to 5pm only? Waste of time.
