I just wanted to highlight the great service that I received from Dr. Cynthia Frane. Toward the end of a very busy day with a heavy patient load, which was causing her to run behind, she agreed to accept a virtual appointment with me. I was out of town at the time, and dealing with an unexpected illness. Please note that Dr. Frane is not my regular Entira provider, who was unavailable that day. My husband waited 45 minutes to be brought back to the room and be told it would be about 15 minutes to get a blood pressure reading and another 10-15 after that for the doctor to come in. Should have known when people in the waiting room when they said they had been waiting OVER AN HOUR! That's insane.

AFTER HOURS CLINIC WOULDN'T LET ME DO A TELIVISIT BECAUSE I WAS TOO SICK TO DRIVE AND HAD NOBODY TO BRING ME, NOT THE FIRST TIME ITS HAPPENED, HAPPENED BEFORE AND WAS NOT OFFERED A REFILL ON MY PERSCRIPTION UNLESS I CAME IN. SAT ON HOLD FOREVER AND THEN GOT HUNG UP AND HAD TO CALL BACK AND SIT AGAIN. EVER SINCE COVID THE CLINIC HAS GONE WAY DOWN HILL. HAVE BEEN A PATIENT WITH THERES SINCE MY DR THERE RETIRED AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER ONE THERE I LIKED, FINALLY DID AND NOW HE IS LEAVING AS WELL. VERY DISAPOINT... read more

Friendly and professional doctor, but predatory split billing. I went for a physical and they billed my insurance for two visits, physical and 'specialty', I couldn't fight it and had to pay both. They justified the 'specialty visit' on a test for cholesterol that, despite a family history of heart disease, wasn't considered a preventative measure (they also said it was because I asked a question about sexual health, which was less than a two minute conversation with the physician).
