I have been a patient here for 15 years. My husband and children (6) have been patients here since their birth. Today I habe called 3 times, sat on hold for 10-15 minutes every time and habe been hung up on right after having someone answer. Today it was a man once, who asked for personal info & then placed me on hold without warning, followed by hanging up after 2 minutes. Then a woman who asked for insurance information. It's not called Walker Katherine it's called Entira Family Clinics & I really like their doctors & nurses.. They take their time with you to make sure you feel comfortable and that you truly understand what is going on with you. The staff is really friendly and understanding.
Impossible to connect via phone and their callback queue stated it was full. Poor!
This location is NOT OPEN, make sure to go.to the one on Phalen as that's where the new location is.
