Wait time is very long. Staff talking about relationship drama at front desk instead of making sure patients are seen in time.
Do not recommend. I took a vacation day and paid a $75 copay to be seen for five minutes and to be told I’d be contacted to schedule a referral for a CT scan. No referral call came and I tried contacting the office multiple times in the last two weeks but the hold time via phone is 30 mins plus and the same goes for chat. Not feasible when working a full time job and I am incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. Everyone at the clinic they do have good Customer service.
There are very kind and professional doctors and all other medical professionals. I definitely recommend to visit this place!
