This is my first time visit going to this ENT, I would like to give a great thank you to the entire staff, play make me feel so comfortable being my first time visit very profession and polite, I would like to say thanks to Angelica MA, & Makayla - Ma & Veronica -MA & Kaelyn- PA. Scheduled appt for 2-2-25 for hearing test. Arrived on time and was given 4 pages to complete on both sides plus $15.00 co-pay. Shortly there after I was directed to an inner room for exam of ears, nose and throat by staff person (not MD). After a short exam of E N T, I was advised the Doctor wasn't there and therefore the hearing test could not be administered and I would need to reschedule another appt for the test. Don't waste your time or money. Went to this location because we were referred by our pediatrician since my 3 year old son has constant ear infections and sleep apnea. It took two appointments (PTO from work and money I now have to pay someone else) to tell me they can't help and to see another ENT. They said since my son's sleep apnea was severe they can't help them. They also said they don't have a referral department so I had to start over with a different ENT and essentially wasted my time and money coming here. On top o... read more
