I recently took my BMW in for some potential sensor problems and Dom identified the issues right away. He was very transparent, let me know what to expect AND provided a fair and reasonable cost. I think we all have dealt with mechanics who are only looking to profit and not focused on legitimate customer service. This isn't one of those spots. Truly one of the best automotive shops in town. They communicate well, provide exceptional customer service, and price their services fairly.
EMS is now my go-to place for maintenance and tedious repairs on my BMW. Dom is extremely nice, in-depth, and fast with his services. He helped fulfill a FEMTO ECU unlock for me in basically no-time and even navigated shipping issues along the way. Additionally, he did a (true) full inspection of my car and found out additional things I should fix in the long run to ensure reliability. I'll happily drive from Austin to San Antonio again for EMS to service my car... top-notch feels like an understatement for them.
