Wow wow wow what can I say about them, Marco is professional and fun all at the same time. I had a moment with the young DJ where he gave me attitude because he started playing the wrong song for the mother/son Dance and I went to let him know it was the wrong song, and instead of saying sorry he became frustrated and giving attitude, which Marco being professional stepped in apologized, found the right song and told the young DJ to never talk to a bride or groom rudely. Vous avez fait un travail exceptionnel et vous avez largement contribué à rendre cet événement mémorable. Wow wow wow wow! Marco our MC was Absolutely EPIC! Our photographer, Khalil was MIND BLOWNG! Our DJ, DJ Moe was ON POINT. He read the room perfectly we couldn’t stop dancing ! Marco set the tone for the entire evening and kept the party going effortlessly from start to finish. If I can give zero stars I would.. We had to cancel months in advance for personal reasons and were shocked to be told our $500 deposit would not be refunded due to “administration fees.” No work had been done, no services provided, and no reasonable explanation given as to how administrative costs could possibly total $500. No breakdown, no flexibility, no empathy, makes it hard to trust a company that penalizes customers so heavily. This feels like a money grab rather than a fair business practice.
