SmartHub is the worst!!!!!! You need to sign into it for any kind of paper work. It demands you change you password fequently, demands a third party app for verification and still makes you play the stupid capcha game. On top of that it crashes and is very very slow to load. You want to Bog your company down 10 mins per employee per day minimum then this is the under thought out software nightmare you've been dreaming of.

I contacted EP last week, spoke with receptionist and also another colleague . Both were able to address and resolve my query in a professional, patient and prompt manner. I again had to contact EP on another matter and found their staff to be awesome.
