Worst staff and service I have ever experienced anywhere. There is a avis and hertz in the same building, you are far better off with one of them. Edit: They replied below with the same response as everyone else. Offering to help and save face after the fact… when it’s way too late.

While my first experience was positive this time I felt like a was scammed. I reserved a car few days in advance and on the reserved day I found that there was no car of the type I booked, and that was a trip for a week, the staff tried to be helpful, only by words and I had to leave with a unwanted type of car for a trip of a week with seniors, cramped in a small car with sits soft as a brick. Horrific experience. staff was unbelievably unhelpful. I rented a car about a week in advance for 12 pm to go out of town for a wedding that started at 4pm. When I went to pick it up, I was met with a roadblock as the credit card I brought had apparently had an issue as the chip was "unable to be read," which I was unaware of prior as both the mag strip and tap was working fine.
