Would not reccomend Dr heim who will be leaving here in March. I finally feel comfortable and safe enough to share my story. He perforated my uterus inserting an iud and didn’t do an ultrasound to confirm placement despite the extreme pain I was in during insertion. He also delivered both of my children and did not hear my husbands or my concerns either pregnancy. Thankfully another OB saved my fertility when we moved and the perforated iud was discovered. I hate to leave this review but the nursing and receptionist staff need some education on how to speak with patients. I am looking for a new OBGYN.
The ladies that work for this office lack knowledge, rude and not timely at all. I sat in the office for BOTH visits more than 45mins to be seen. Then when being seen you can tell no one view my chart or follow up on what I was being seen for. Then the passive aggressive and little to no knowledge to my responses took the cake. Looking for another GYNO as I type!

The receptionists are SO RUDE! They do not need to be in healthcare and should not have a job! They are awful!
