The staff here has been AMAZING. They have answered all of my phone calls quickly with care and helpful advice. The front desk is super friendly and the nurses are great. I am using Dr Pollard. I’m so grateful I found Enterprise Womens Center.
Had an appointment at 11:00 which I’ve been waiting for almost a year PAST my yearly check up because Dr. Heim wasn’t seeing patients through Covid. It’s been almost 4 years since I’ve been seen! I did all my check in online which took every bit of 20 mins. I was 6 mins late when I walked in the clinic on the third floor, and called previously to let them know I was just a little behind and the girl on the phone said “as long as you’re in the clinic within 10 minutes of your appointment time.” The doctor would NOT see me and... read more
I couldnt find out how to leave more than. 1 review so i just added it to this. I was supposed to do this the other day but just now getting around to it Dr. Heim was my obgyn but Dr. Pollard delivered my baby. I showed up to the hospital at 5:50, my water broke on the way to the elevator and i gave birth at 6:10. Whole time i was freaking out because there literally was no time for epidural or anything. Even though this happened years ago, I am on my second child and close to delivery. So I can't help but think about how horrible my experience was here. Doctor pollard. Came in with a suction cup at the time of delivery, told me that he could not use it the entire time because it would cause complications. Also told me he was only going to use it if the child was showing signs of difficulty on coming out. He used it. From start to finish. My son had jaundice. Been going here for the past 6 years and I love the staff and the doctors! Dr. Heim and Pollard are amazing and the ladies at the front are so helpful and sweet!
