I rent from Enterprise Truck Rental in Cedar Rapids every year, and they have always treated me well. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident with my first rental this year that was not my fault. It was a stressful situation, but Ashley was incredibly compassionate, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
