The staff was great price was fair and the truck was in great shape no complaints at all the whole process was great
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I scheduled a truck pickup for today, August 28th, at 10:00 AM. Yesterday, I was informed that they did not have the size truck we originally reserved and that we would be given a different size, whether larger or smaller. I had no idea that there was a difference between enterprise and enterprise truck. I got a small 4 door pickup that any other time I got a pickup it was just another vehicle rental. I waited over an hour to turn it in and I needed to go to the back room as I was repeatedly skipped / passed by the one employee apparently only doing car check in and outs. I was pretty irritated to say it lightly.
Luke was extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I had never driven a 15 foot moving van before and he took the time to go over everything so that I would feel comfortable. The van was immaculate and spacious - perfect for moving everything we had. Great prices as well. I'm a single mom moving a college student and we were able to do the entire move on our own... I had reserved a truck to tow my 5th wheel and I was told they'd have a truck for me. With a 5th wheel Gave her my ID and birthdate over the phone. I've rented with them before. I show up and apparently they wont even let me use a damn truck until I turn 25. And they dont have any trucks with 5th wheel hitches
