Kashus & Brett from the Austin, Tx - S. Congress location always provide world class service. I regularly rent a truck through this location, and my experiences have always been positive. I will continue renting here or any location these two gentlemen are working at.
Kash was pleasant to work with. He made sure my experience was comfortable and was very respectful and easy to work with. My overall experience was great and would choose Enterprise truck rental over any other truck rental.
Historically a good experience but not this time. They appentaly know how to take a reservation, just not how to keep a reservation. This is now putting me way behind schedule and costing me Lyft trips to get a less ideal truck from Penske since Enterprise dropped the ball. Got confirmation the truck would be there just 2 days before I needed it. Great trucks. And even better customer service.
I was in Austin for two weeks on a business trip and had already rented an SUV from Alamo at the airport. I only needed a truck for one day to move some items, so I visited this location expecting a simple rental process. I was told they could not rent me a truck because I already had a vehicle rented through Alamo. This made no sense to me. The SUV and the truck serve completely different purposes.
