Good experience. Great customer service
Terrible customer sercive. Reserved a cargo van 2 weeks prior to pickup. When I went to pick it up (at 4pm) there were no employees at the site. After calling a number left on the door, I was told that there were no cargo vans available and that I would have to call around other Enterprise locations to try and find one. After doing so, I was informed that there were none in the Atlanta area due to Amazon renting them all. So no one called, no one helped, and no one at this location seemed to care. Unacceptable.
