Josh and staff were very professional/friendly and provided excellent customer service. The trucks were very clean. For all your truck rental needs, they have you covered.
Let me shout out to the Supervisor at Bluff Road location, my rental experience is always top notch. Excellent customer service.
Our associate Josh was very friendly and perfessional, he explained what he was going to do before doing it. When we returned the truck Josh asked how everything went and if there was any issues. I told him the tire pressure light came on, he said they would correct it immediately. The whole office and personnel were nice and friendly. The space was big enough to comfortable park the trucks and the building was nice and clean.
Truck had good cargo capacity and solid highway performance. It was easy to drive with nicer amenities like a rearview camera, and good sound system. Gas mileage was better than I had expected.
