Experience was ok only due to the exceptional customer service I received from Ashanti while the other rep was rude and dismissive she took the time to listen and assist the best way possible. My company uses enterprise for every business trip and the other guy was very rude and disrespectful. Anyways shout out to Ashanti for helping us out.
