Update: Great service but there is a glitch! 5 Days and they still haven’t released the credit hold on@my credit card, 3 times the daily rental amount there was no damage! Full amount of hold charged

The rental agents were friendly and efficient in getting us signed in/out and off the lot. A very nice place I would rent again from here!

I have been here far too many times but the representatives are nice
2-stop pickup: Vermont St for paperwork, then parking garage on 14th for actual car. Very friendly staff. Would use again. Gas station a few blocks away.
Fast and polite. Had a complaint about a car and was given a free upgrade next rental.
