Customer service at enterprise was outstanding. Everyone was very courteous. They greeted you with a smile. I would recommend anyone to enterprise. There is no other place I would rather go. They are super outstanding They are excellent .

I hired a car for a week in Simi Valley. Diana helped me, and the entire experience was a pleasure. Friendly, fast, and the car I wanted was not yet available, so an immediate free upgrade. One small point regarding Enterprise's policies: When you rent the car, add ALL the fees and estimated taxes into your quote. There is nothing more annoying to have a charge for your car, for the week ahead, and then after return get an add-on charge for "license recovery fee". Why not tell me about it up front? I was very happy with the service in Mountain Home, all the people there was so resourceful and helped me with all my needs. Especially when I was out of town and had to exchange the vehicle for another with coming back home. Will be using this location in the near future. Thank You.

I have been renting cars from the Enterprise at 6003 Urbana Pike in Frederick, MD. The management and staff at this facility have provided me with excellent service for the little over 5 months or so I have been renting from them. If you have never rented a car for personal or business use. This location would be an excellent starting point for your first experience. If a veteran of car rentals you will appreciate their attention to detail and your needs fulfilled when you use this location.

Last weekend I was planning on flying into St. George Utah. When I found out the flights were full, I flew into the small town of Cedar City, Utah close by. I called Enterprise at the last minute, and were told they had a car. When I arrived at the counter in Cedar City, The man called me by name, had all the paper work ready, handed me the keys, and told me to have a good weekend. I loved it ! Thanks Enterprise for such wonderful service !

Went to Richmond, VA over Columbus Day Weekend and rented from Enterprise at the RIC airport. The car was clean, gassed and ready to roll at 11:30 pm. The counter person was excellent as was the lot attendant. I primarily use Enterprise when I travel.

Took too long to process paperwork (twice a long as promised even though I had done everything in advance to expedite matters-prepay and pre-register. No discount was given though promised for AAA. I am reporting them to AAA for this breach. I even called them afterwards and they did not correct my bill. Their personnel are courteous and cordial.

When I rented from Enterprise this last time I desperately needed to get to my Auntee. I was able to make it and spend the last 6 hours of her life with her. Without you I would not have been able to make it. THANK-YOU! and to all the service personnel at Mtn Home, Ar site! My trip had the added bonus of spending time with Grandsons I had not seen in 4 years also, so BIG DOUBLE BLESSINGS were bestowed upon me so I would like to share those Blessings with all of you.
