3 men at this location. Bodi, Matthew and one that I didn’t get his name. I have used every location I believe, in Thunderbay (some under my employer’s name) and I have never been treated and taken care of so well. Sorry to two other Enterprises in Thunderbay but you guys have given me grief in the past. I will only use the location these three professionals work, as they know what customer service is. Good job guys. No one else compares.
We had an amazing experience renting from this location. Car was brand new (just 1380 kms driven). It was absolutely clean. Pick up was very quick. Staff was very helpful, explained everything nicely. No extra costs levied at the counter, which was great. Drop off was at the same location. Just park your car in their designated area & drop off the keys at the counter. Overall, a very convenient experience. Thank you so much!!
