Called in and spoke to Minnah to swap out my partners vehicle. She was able to accommodate and switch my partners car for another suv. Great customer service.

Unfortunately, I have to give this location 1 star. I've rented from several other Enterprise locations over the years, and this was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. I booked a cargo van weeks in advance. The day before my scheduled pickup, I received a call asking if I still needed the van because they had other requests for it.
