I picked a car from another location to only return at Vaughan. For the first time i noticed the odometer readings mentioned in invoice were not correct. I pointed out but i was told its ok we do not charge per km but thats not my concern was. I drove 300km or even less but showing that i drove 800km on return is a huge error in the invoice. Forgot to write a review but last summer we were in a car accident while driving one of their cars (was rear ended while on a highway). Very scary but we called Enterprise and they told us what to do. And even though we didn’t get their insurance, they helped us navigate our credit card insurance. Gave us a new car to use for the rest of our rental. We now get their insurance in order not to deal with the back and forth hassles. 10/10 would recommend!
