I’m actually super disappointed in this location. I rent from enterprise all the time. I came to the enterprise in the liberty village location because they were sold out at Billy Bishop. I booked a small car and they ended up giving me a suv. I asked for a discount in gas and they refused. I’ve rented from enterprise for years and it’s never been an issue when they give you a bigger car. Very disappointing.

ZERO STARS IF GOOGLE ALLOWED IT. DO NOT RELY ON THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE PLANS. My husband, had a confirmed Enterprise reservation at Toronto Billy Bishop Airport (YTZ) for 9:00 a.m. today. We booked the vehicle well in advance because we had important plans for the day. We arrived at approximately 9:50 a.m., around 50 minutes after our scheduled pickup time, and were essentially told that our reservation was gone.
