The BEST Enterprise location I have been in entire Toronto area. Everyone in the staff are helpful and they go beyond their limits to cater to customers. Special mention to Kavvi !!! he is kind , helpful and super awesome. will go back to him and this location whenever I am booking a rental from Toronto Downtown.
I had the BEST experience with Enterprise! We rented a car for a family birthday trip, and we were traveling with our pet as well. From the moment we picked up the vehicle to the moment we dropped it off, the entire experience was amazing. I really appreciated that Enterprise allows pets in their vehicles. Just be mindful, clean up after yourself and your pet, and take care of the vehicle. We made sure to vacuum and clean the car before returning it, and we had absolutely no issues with a cleaning fee.
