This review is long overdue. A huge thank you to Jasmine for helping me find a solution to get my rental when intact insurance was making it IMPOSSIBLE! Your determination found a simple solution and made it possible for my son and I to return home to Alberta. Once sorted, the team (I believe her name is Caitlyn) made everything easy and fast! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location and, will not be returning. I live nearly an hour away and, due to being quite ill, travelling into town is already difficult for me. I had made a reservation for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. I dropped my vehicle off at the garage and asked them to contact Enterprise to arrange a pickup so I could obtain my rental vehicle. The enterprise on the kingsways has always been accommodating with me and my business needs. I get 5 star treatment there. Will always give them my business
Stay far away from this place! Zero customer service. They don't care about their customers at all. Very rude. Zero accountability. We're never returning to this waste of time.
